We accept Visa MasterCard Switch Solo Delta and PayPal. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of Sport-Cam

All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing you with details of your order number. If you don't receive your order confirmation with 24 hours then contact us: sales@sport-cam.co.uk

We aim to deliver goods within 5 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 14 days from receipt of your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you the full cost of the goods ordered, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.

Unwanted  items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition. All items need to be returned to us along with your original receipt that was sent out with your purchase. Once we have received them and tested them your credit card will be refunded with the cost of the goods, this will be done within 21 days from us receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer. Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if we are informed within 3 days of receipt. If an item is returned over 14 days after you received it then we cannot guarantee to accept it back and may charge a fee to return it to you.

Faulty  items may be returned to us within 12 months of receipt, they will then be tested and replaced (no refund is available for faulty goods for items purchased more than 14 days previously).  The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint contact us at sales@sport-cam.co.uk

None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.

Orders under £30 are sent via the Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, 1-3 working days delivery. Orders Over £30 items are sent via courier, 2 - 5 days delivery. At the checkout you can select GUARANTEED Next Day Delivery as an option, this is available if you order before 2pm weekdays.
