Do the Sport-Cam range of cameras have built in memory?
No - they produce a standard video output that is connected to a camcorder or a recording device (DVR) that stores the footage.

How good is the quality of the picture from a Sport-Cam?
The picture on a Sport-Cam 480 is roughly the same as a normal television picture.

How long are the cables coming out of the back of the Sport-Cam?
The SC480 has 100cm of cable and all other models have 250cm of cable - you can add extension cables depending on where you want to store your recorder, most recorders have a 1 meter long cable so you can easily place the Sport-Cam in your backpack and the camera on your head.

Are the cameras waterproof?
They are rain and snow proof however they cannot be submerged in water, we are working on a fully waterproof camera that should be available soon.

How long does delivery take?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) and choose next day delivery when completing your order will be shipped the same day and will arrive the following working day. If you don't select next day delivery then your order will take between 2 and 5 days to arrive

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items shown on the website are currently in stock, as soon as an item is out of stock it is removed from the website.

Can I use my digital camera to record the video from the Sport-Cam?
In most cases NO - the recording device or camcorder needs to be able to record from an external source to be able to connect to a Sport-Cam.

How can I find out of my camcorder is compatible?
Click the link on the left  "Compatible Recording Devices" and see if your camera is on the list. If your camera isn't on the list then please contact us and we will let you know if it is compatible.

I am buying a camcorder to work with your Sport-Cam, what functions does it need to have to work?
It needs the ability to record from an AV input. Not all cameras have this function, be sure to check with the manufacturer (or our list) to make sure it will work.

What warranty do I get?
All of our products come with a full warranty valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

I have bought an item from you but have decided I don't want it, can I return it?
Any item can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unused.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit cards and Paypal.

Do you have a shop so I can come and see your items before I buy them?
No we don't have a retail outlet, we are mail order only as it keeps our overheads down and lets us keep low prices for you.

Can I collect my purchase from you?
