To return an item you must print and complete our returns form and include it with your item when you send it back to us. The form can be found here -

All items must be returned to us using one of the postal services detailed below, If another service is used we cannot guarantee acceptance of your item:

As per our terms and conditions (the full version can be found HERE) we can only accept returns that fall under the following conditions:

Faulty items:

• Can be returned within 12 months of delivery, they will then be tested and replaced (no refund is available for faulty items delivered more than 14 days previously). The warranty on the replacement item will run for the balance of the original 12 months. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.
• If a fault develops within 14 days of delivery you can choose to have either a refund of the cost of the item or a new item. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.

Unwanted items:

• Unwanted items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition. All boxes, manuals and any supplied accessories must also be returned. Your original receipt that was sent with your purchase must also be returned. Once we have received the item(s) and tested them your credit card will be refunded with the cost of the goods, this will be done within 28 days from us receiving the item(s). The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.
• Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if we are informed within 3 days of delivery.
