We accept Visa MasterCard Switch Solo Delta and PayPal. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of Sport-Cam

All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing you with details of your order number. If you don't receive your order confirmation with 24 hours then contact us: sales@sport-cam.co.uk

We aim to deliver goods within 5 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 14 days from receipt of your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you the full cost of the goods ordered, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.

Unwanted items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition. All boxes, manuals and any supplied accessories must also be returned. Your original receipt that was sent with your purchase must also be returned. Once we have received the item(s) and tested them your credit card will be refunded with the cost of the goods, this will be done within 28 days from us receiving the item(s). The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if we are informed within 3 days of delivery.

Faulty  items may be returned to us within 12 months of receipt*, they will then be tested and replaced or repaired. This can take up to 20 working days depending on the nature of the fault, (no refund is available for faulty goods for items purchased more than 14 days previously).  The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer.

*This guarantee only applies to items used for leisure, commercial use is not covered.

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
